4. Quick Deployment and Retraction System

The TIG12rw Retraction System is designed to operate with a "Endless Rope" which permits the following:

	*Ease of replacement and maintenance of the line*
	*Ability to brake (stop) the C.B.T.O.S. during deployment or retraction.*

The TIG12rw Retraction System hs a wheeled base which permit the following:

	*Moving the TIG12rw easily to an anchoring location*
	*Ability to move the TIG12rw during operation and deployment of the C.B.T.O.S.*
	*Ease of Loading onto transport vehicle*
	*The wheeled base folds after locating in position for stabilization*
